A family name on every truck

Omar Vizcarra started Vizcom in 2017. His son works beside him. You get the crews and gear of a large company, and the accountability of a family.

How Vizcom started

Omar Vizcarra spent two decades on construction sites before he opened Vizcom in 2017. He had seen how a job goes wrong when nobody owns it. He wanted to run one where somebody did.

His son, Omar Jr, works alongside him now. Between them they walk the jobs, answer the phone and sign the paperwork.

That is why we run our own crews and buy our own gear. The wrapped truck outside your house is ours, and so is the work it did.

What we hold ourselves to

Your property is where your family sleeps or your business runs. Four things guide how we treat it.

Safety comes first
Asbestos, lead and mold work follows EPA rules to the letter. The area gets sealed off, the air gets tested, and nobody moves back in until it reads clean.
The family runs the job
Two generations of the Vizcarra family are on the work. When something goes sideways, you are talking to the people whose name is on the truck.
You hear it straight
You get a written estimate, photos of what we found, and a plain answer about what needs fixing now and what can wait.
The work is written down
We photograph every stage and keep the paperwork. You end up with a record for your insurer, your buyer or your own file.

The people on your property

Omar leads the crews and the field work. Omar Jr handles quotes and the day to day with customers. Behind them is a crew certified for roofing, water, fire and hazard work.
