Demolition contractor in Phoenix
Demolition looks simple from the street. Hidden utilities, load bearing walls and old hazardous material are what turn a teardown into a problem.
Planning comes before the first swing
A bad teardown damages the structure next to it, breaks code, or hits a live line. Those mistakes cost more than the demolition did.
We hold a general contractor license. The survey, the permits, the safety plan and the cleanup are all part of the job. We check the structure, flag hazards, and pull city paperwork before a crew shows up.

The work we take on
Demolition runs from one wall in a kitchen to a whole building on a slab. Both need a plan.
- Selective and interior demolition for remodels
- Full structural teardowns
- Pre renovation demolition in older buildings
- Commercial demolition next to businesses that stay open
- Debris hauling and site clearing
The two Phoenix approvals a teardown needs
Phoenix wants a demolition permit for a home or a commercial building. It applies whether the work is inside or outside. Nothing starts before we have it.
Then there is the county. Maricopa County wants an asbestos notice at least 10 business days before a teardown starts. For a full teardown, that notice goes in even if no asbestos is found.
Central Phoenix holds one more trap. A building on the Phoenix Historic Property Register picks up a second review before the permit is issued. We check the register before we give you a start date.
Older buildings get tested first
Renovation work in the Valley often means a building put up before the rules on asbestos and lead paint existed.
We are an EPA certified firm. We can test for that material and take it out before demolition starts. Your schedule holds and your crew stays safe.

You are not left with the pile
Some contractors take the structure down and leave the debris where it lands. We haul all of it and dispose of it the way the county requires.
The site is graded, swept and ready for whoever works there next. We walk it with you before we close the job.

Frequently asked questions
The questions owners ask us first, answered before you call.
Yes. Phoenix wants a demolition permit for inside work too, and the review is there so the building systems around the room stay sound. We file it.
Plan on more than a week. The county asbestos notice alone runs 10 business days ahead. The city permit has its own review, and we start both while we agree the estimate.
We do. We call each provider and get the shutoff in writing before any machine moves in. Nobody here takes someone's word that a gas or power line is dead.
It leaves with us. Concrete, lumber, roofing, drywall and metal all go to licensed sites under county rules. What we can recycle or save, we do, and that cuts your disposal bill.
Yes, and most of our commercial work is that. It changes the plan rather than the price alone: dust barriers, shoring for the walls that stay, staged access routes and work timed around the neighbors.
