Demolition Contractor in Queen Creek, AZ

Growth means redevelopment, and redevelopment starts with removal. We clear the way and hand back a clean site.

Demolition and rebuild under one roof

Hiring a demolition crew and a builder separately means two schedules and a gap between them. The gap is where the delay lives.

We hold the general contracting license, so the same company clears the site and builds on it.

Scopes we handle

From one room to the whole structure, residential and commercial.

  • Single room interior strip outs
  • Pre-renovation clearance work
  • Full structural takedowns
  • Concrete and hardscape removal
  • Commercial space clear outs

Permits with the town and the county

The permit comes from the town, on South Ellsworth Road. Demo permits are one of the types you can file online, through the town's Development Nexus portal.

The county filing is separate. Maricopa County wants an asbestos notice on a full teardown even when no asbestos turns up, and Pinal County says the same. Which one you file depends on the address.

Debris and disposal

Material is sorted on site, recyclables separated and the rest hauled to a legal disposal facility.

You get a cleared site and the paperwork showing where everything went.

Frequently asked questions

The questions owners ask us first, answered before you call.

The town does take demo permits online, through its Development Nexus portal. We usually file it ourselves, so the permit, the county notice and the crew date line up.

Because the rule is written that way. A full teardown triggers the county notice whatever the inspection finds. Skipping it stops the job rather than saving time.

Around two weeks in practice. The county notice needs roughly ten days, and the town permit runs alongside it. We tell you the realistic date rather than the optimistic one.

We put up barriers, guard the property next door and keep the mess inside the work area. On commercial sites we work around the tenants next door, so their day is not part of your project.

Yes. Slabs, footings, driveways and hardscape come out with the structure, and the site is graded clean for whatever goes in next.
